Senior Project Manager - Industrial Property Redevelopment
Location(s): Colorado Front Range
The Senior Project Manager is multi-disciplined, with a high level of energy and spirit who fills a critical slot in the company by taking the lead in developing and managing projects and continually raises the bar to promote the continued growth of the company.
This position will be integral to Landmark’s consulting services for commercial and industrial facilities in all phases of redevelopment or rehabilitation project lifecycles from initial acquisition due diligence to permitting and rehabilitation or development planning, designing, and managing abatement, demolition or remediation, and final site restoration or transaction. The candidate must be intimately familiar with the Colorado Springs/Denver/Colorado Front Range market in terms of key industrial and property redevelopment clients, have working knowledge of current regulatory and business drivers, and possess demonstrated experience managing projects in the following technical areas:

Asbestos and lead surveys.

Industrial Hygiene (IH) and Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) assessments.

Asbestos and lead abatement design and construction document development.

Abatement and demolition monitoring, owner representation, and management.

Due diligence support property transaction and redevelopment.
The position fills a variety of roles as necessary for a growing consultancy and requires the candidate to have a strong sense of personal responsibility, minimal risk aversion, and can readily articulate their individual strengths and the company's strengths.
The specific roles include rapid capture of new business, flawless project execution, quality assurance improvement, staff supervision, and mentoring of staff towards their clearly established goals. The candidate must have strong communication skills and be a “team player” who develops and maintains long-term business relationships both with clients and staff.
Salary Range/Benefits:
The Senior Project Manager position has an annual salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 based upon education, experience, related field experience, and current certifications. Benefits include paid federal holidays, floating holidays, vacation accruals that increase with tenure, sick leave, qualified 401(k) with a 4% employer match, Health Insurance (HMO) coverage with 80% premium employer co-pay, and fees for professional licensure.
