Training Programs

Training Programs developed in collaboration with multiple divisions of a major corporation, resulting in improvement of communications amongst disparate operating groups and a streamlined health and safety program.

Landmark developed training programs for a regional generation and transmission company for their transmission workers. These interactive and hands-on training programs included procedures to meet regulatory requirements, as well as field tasks for transmission workers. Landmark designed employee training manuals, “train the trainer” manuals, and high production value training presentations, including quizzes, games, visual demonstrations, and videos. The presentations are designed to encourage attendee interaction and to assess learning and training effectiveness.
